This website is owned and operated by JPS Ventures Holdings Pty Ltd (ACN: 695 176 884) trading as LaunchPath Solutions ("LaunchPath", "we", "us"). By accessing this website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Services
LaunchPath provides the following one-time setup and configuration services for trade businesses:
Starter Website ($149): Design and delivery of a single-page trade business website built on the Wix platform
Core Operations ($699): Configuration of ServiceM8 including job management, quote and invoice templates, supplier pricelists, job checklists, and payment setup
Core + Growth ($1,399): Core Operations plus automated review requests, Google Business Profile setup, social content calendar, and customer follow-up automation
Core + Scale: Advanced trade business systems (coming soon — pricing and scope to be confirmed at time of purchase)
All services are delivered as a one-time engagement. LaunchPath does not provide ongoing support, maintenance, updates, or access to your accounts following handover unless a separate written agreement is entered into.
Payment
- All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable
- Starter Website: A 50% deposit ($74.50) is required to commence work. The remaining 50% ($74.50) is due prior to handover of site access
- All other packages: Full payment is required prior to commencement of setup
- Payment is processed via Stripe or such other method as agreed in writing
- By making payment you confirm you have read and accepted these Terms
Delivery
- Starter Website: We aim to deliver your website preview within 24 hours of receiving your deposit and all required content. You have 48 hours to provide one round of feedback. We will complete revisions within 24 hours of receiving your feedback. Final access is transferred upon receipt of final payment.
- Core Operations and Core + Growth: We aim to complete your setup within 48 hours of receiving all required information and account access from you
- All delivery timelines commence only once all necessary content, credentials, and information have been provided by you
- Delays caused by incomplete, incorrect, or late information provided by you will not constitute a breach of our delivery commitment
Starter Website — Specific Terms
The following additional terms apply to the Starter Website service:
- The website is built as a single-page site on the Wix platform using a LaunchPath template as the starting point
- The service includes one (1) round of revisions only. Additional revision rounds are not included and may be quoted separately
- You must provide your feedback within 48 hours of receiving your preview link. If feedback is not received within 48 hours, LaunchPath reserves the right to proceed to final delivery without further revisions
- Stock images may be used where you have not provided suitable trade photos. LaunchPath takes no responsibility for the licensing of stock images sourced by the client after handover
- The website is built within your own Wix account or transferred to your Wix account at handover. You are responsible for selecting and paying for your own Wix subscription plan to publish the site
- LaunchPath does not provide domain registration, hosting, or ongoing website maintenance as part of this service
- Following handover, the site is entirely your responsibility including updates, content changes, renewals, and any ongoing Wix subscription fees
Your Responsibilities
To enable LaunchPath to deliver the Services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate business information, trade details, and content in a timely manner
- For Starter Website: provide your logo, brand colours, and any trade photos within the agreed timeframe
- For ServiceM8 setup: grant temporary access to required platforms and change all passwords immediately following your handover walkthrough
- Complete and return the LaunchPath Service Agreement form prior to commencement of work
- Respond to communications within agreed timeframes
Ownership
- Starter Website: Upon receipt of final payment, full ownership and access to the Wix site is transferred to you. LaunchPath retains no access or rights to the site following handover
- ServiceM8 and other accounts: All accounts created as part of your setup are created in your name and remain your property. LaunchPath does not retain ownership of, or ongoing access to, any accounts following handover
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services (digital design and configuration work), we do not offer refunds once work has commenced. This includes the 50% deposit for Starter Website — once work has begun the deposit is non-refundable. If you have a concern about the quality of work delivered, please contact us within 5 business days of your handover at info@launchpathau.com and we will work to resolve it in good faith.
Intellectual Property
LaunchPath retains intellectual property rights in all templates, frameworks, checklists, design blueprints, and configuration structures developed by us. You are granted a non-exclusive licence to use these materials within your own business. You must not reproduce, sell, or redistribute our IP without express written consent.
Client-Provided Content
You warrant that any content, images, logos, or materials you provide to LaunchPath for use in your website or setup do not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. LaunchPath takes no responsibility for any claims arising from client-provided content.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, LaunchPath shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption. Our total liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant service.
External Platforms
Our services involve the setup and configuration of third-party platforms including Wix, ServiceM8, Stripe, and Google. LaunchPath is not responsible for changes to pricing, features, availability, or terms of these platforms. Ongoing subscription costs for any third-party platform are your responsibility.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be published at launchpathau.com/terms-conditions-1 with the date of last update noted above.
