1. Our Commitment to Privacy LaunchPath Solutions, a division of JPS Ventures Holdings Pty Ltd (ACN: 695 176 884), is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and manage your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
 

2. Information We Collect To provide our setup and configuration services, we collect:

  • Identity Data: Name, business name, ABN, and trade type.

  • Contact Data: Email address, phone number, and physical business address.

  • Financial Data: Stripe/bank account details provided for the purpose of integration.

  • Access Credentials: Temporary login details for third-party platforms (ServiceM8, Wix, Buffer, etc.).
     

3. How We Use Your Information We use your data strictly to:

  • Perform the configuration services as per your selected Tier.

  • Communicate with you regarding the 48-hour delivery SLA.

  • Facilitate integrations between your business and third-party software providers.

  • Provide the "Handover Pack" upon completion of the service.
     

4. Data Security & Third-Party Access

  • Access Limits: We only request the minimum access required to complete the setup.

  • Credential Disposal: We explicitly instruct all clients to change their passwords immediately following the Handover walkthrough. We do not store client passwords in a permanent database post-handover.

  • Service Providers: We share data with third-party platforms (e.g., ServiceM8, Stripe) only as required to create your accounts. These platforms have their own privacy policies which you should review.
     

5. Disclosure of Information We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only disclose information to our employees and authorized contractors strictly for service delivery.
 

6. Your Rights You have the right to access, update, or request the deletion of your personal information held by LaunchPath Solutions at any time by contacting us at info@launchpathau.com.
 

7. Changes to this Policy We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website.
