LaunchPath Solutions is a trading name of JPS Ventures Holdings Pty Ltd (ACN: 695 176 884, ABN: 39 695 176 884). We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
1. Information We Collect
To deliver our setup and configuration services, we collect the following categories of personal information:
Identity Data: Your name, business name, ABN, and trade type
Contact Data: Email address, phone number, and business address
Financial Data: Payment information processed securely via Stripe. We do not store card details on our systems
Access Credentials: Temporary login details for third-party platforms (e.g. ServiceM8) provided by you for the purpose of completing your setup. You are advised to change all passwords immediately following your handover
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your personal information solely to:
Deliver the configuration services included in your selected package
Communicate with you throughout the setup and handover process
Facilitate integrations between your business accounts and third-party software
Issue invoices and process payments for services rendered
Send service-related communications (not marketing, unless you opt in)
3. Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. Specifically:
We request only the minimum access required to complete your setup
Temporary credentials are not stored in any permanent database following your handover walkthrough
All clients are explicitly instructed to change their passwords immediately after handover
We use secure, encrypted communication channels for all credential sharing
4. Third-Party Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. We share data only with the third-party platforms necessary to create your business accounts (e.g. ServiceM8, Stripe). Each of these platforms maintains their own privacy policy which we encourage you to review.
5. Data Retention
We retain your contact and project information for a period of 7 years in accordance with Australian tax record-keeping obligations, after which it is securely deleted.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
Access the personal information we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate information
Request deletion of your information (subject to legal retention obligations)

7. Complaints
If you believe we have breached the Australian Privacy Principles, you may lodge a complaint by emailing us. We will respond within 30 days. If you are unsatisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
